These vehicles span a wide range of time, from the 1930s to the 2010s, highlighting the influence of Italian design on BMW\u2019s aesthetic evolution.<\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-organic\"><\/div>\n<p>The cars on display were created by some of the most influential names in automotive design, including Giorgetto Giugiaro, Giovanni Michelotti, and Marcello Gandini. BMW also teamed up with famous Italian design studios such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/zagato\">Zagato<\/a>, Pininfarina, Bertone, and Italdesign to bring these visions to life.<\/p>\n<p>One of the stars of the exhibition is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/2019\/05\/bmws-garmisch-concept-is-a-modern-day-recreation-of-the-missing-original\/\">the Gandini-designed BMW Garmisch<\/a>. This model, which had a profound impact on the design of BMW\u2019s original 3-Series and 5-Series sedans, is a particularly intriguing part of the collection.
